Behavior[]
When petted, the Whipster will stick out its tongue and make a "Ya ueah" sound, when tapped, he will say, "ahahahaha", when saying no, he will say, "Oglar, uleruruuuuuuuur" when defeated, he will say, "wha!"
Attacks[]
Whipsters attack by either kicking, whiping with its tongue, and spitting something at its enemy. Its critical hit is performed by turning big and hitting the enemy with its body.
Combat[]
Whipsters are taken off easily by any Water type. An energized Whipster can defeat Pegaster.
